A brand new, most powerful 6” (150mm) 5000RPM,1600W Wet Grinder.

This unit features a powerful 1600 watt power plant and no load speed of 5000 RPM. This unit is perfect for dustless applications in heavy stock removal of concrete, stone and granite. Smaller wet polisher and grinders lack the torque and muscle to tackle grinding with large diameter diamond grinding wheels and full bull nose profile wheels commonly used in the concrete floor restoration and granite fabrication industry. Current customers of ours use this machine to grind and polish the edges of concrete floors that large planetary floor grinders wont reach. Our granite fabricators use this machine for large V40 diamond profile wheels and zero tolerance wheels. This unit will also save time if used to edge your stone or concrete counter tops with diamond grinding wheels or pads.

This unit includes a quick connect, brass coupling for 1/2” quick connector and adapters for use with standard water hoses, 5/8-11 UNC spindle thread, GFCI operator protector circuit breaker (integrated in cord ). Also included with this unit is a bail handle (D handle), wrench, extra carbon brushes and water line.

At high speed, this is the ideal tool for fast stock removal using diamond grinding wheels, zero tolerance wheels, diamond edge profile wheels, finger bits and diamond hole saws.

Using water with an electrical tool requires the use of a GFCI. This device is a circuit breaker that senses electrical surge and cuts power off to the tool preventing electrical shock to the user. Your item includes this GFCI circuit braker.

Also common on wet polishers is the bail handle at the top of the machine, this makes constant polishing more comfortable for the user as well as allows the user to apply constant even pressure to the grinding head.

You will get one valve and one hose. Hose has two connectors. Also included with this unit are a bail handle (D handle), wrench, extra carbon brushes and a 360° adjustable safety guard with integrated rubber splash skirt. Please note, the lock-nut, spacer and polishing/grinding wheels are not included! Those will need to be purchased seperately from your local hardware store.

This unit is built accourding to Australian standards and has both the GFCI device and the bail handle. Also has the normal household electricity plug (10Amp-three pin).
