All items are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving money and clearance (for cheques). All items sent are insured for loss or damage for your peace of mind. Insurance charges are in-built with the postage charges. All items sent have a tracking number to easily locate the parcel at anytime within its journey!! We ship by courier, hence a physical address (No PO Boxes) is needed.


Returns

We have put in place two types of warranty to ensure not only you receive an item that works! But also to ensure you keep using that item for at least 24 months.

1) First part of our warranty is the 3 months back to base (parts & labor) warranty. Should item have a manufacturer fault.

2) Secondly, we offer you 24 months parts warranty. We have a full range of spare parts in stock and are happy to supply you with any part (should any part malfunction in the future) for a nominal charge.

P.S buyers are liable for all postage and handling costs associated with back to base or parts warranty.
