P.S buyers are liable for all postage and handling costs associated with back to base or parts warranty.

At Handy Imports we are committed to offering you a safe and pleasant shopping experience so if a mishap occurs, we are here to help you!

• If you change your mind or make an incorrect choice, we will give you a store credit within 14 days of delivery for unopened products (excludes delivery costs). Items must be returned in original, unused condition and must come back with all accessories and in original packaging.
• If your item arrives damaged or "dead on arrival", we will arrange a replacement and cover the cost of one way postage, the cost of sending the unit back to us is at buyers responsibility. All cases must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item.
