At Handy Imports we are committed to offering you a safe and pleasant shopping experience so if a mishap occurs, we are here to help you!

 

If you change your mind or make an incorrect choice, we will give you a store credit within 14 days of delivery for unopened products (excludes delivery costs). Items must be returned in original, unused condition and must come back with all accessories and in original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or "dead on arrival", we will arrange a replacement and cover the cost of one way postage, the cost of sending the unit back to us is at buyers responsibility. All cases must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item.

24 months parts: We have a full range of spare parts in stock and are happy to supply you with any part (should any part malfunction in the next 24months) for a nominal charge. Please note, postage costs are at the purchaser's expense.

 

Full 1 year free parts and labor warranty: If you want piece of mind and don't have the time to fix faulty items or don't want the hassle of replacing parts! Then let us do that for you! We offer 1 year full warranty on all our items and the warranty can be purchased from us through eBay. If full warranty charges are not stated in this warranty section email us for a quote. Please note, postage costs are at the purchasers expense.
