There are few quicker ways of opening a corked wine bottle than with a Waiters' Friend. First, cut the foil with a clean line to expose the cork, aim the corkscrew for dead centre of the cork and turn clockwise. Once three quarters of the way in, use the lever to slip the cork right out.
