You can blend puree, mix and emulsify directly in the cooking pot. Indispensable for the preparation of soups, salad dressings, gravy, sauces, mayonnaise, re-fried beans, batters, and many other products.

It has been designed to work in containers holding up to 300 litres. For maximum safety and convenience as well as assisting with the operation of the mixer, a mixer hook support is included.
