Designed for maximum versatility and reliability, the Roband BM21 narrow bain marie conveniently holds food at the perfect serving temperature in a range of configurations suitable for most types of businesses. With front mounted controls, the BM21 is able to accommodate two 150mm deep half-sized gastronorm pans or up to four 7.5 litre pots whilst making the most efficient use of limited space - ideal for mobile catering, events or commercial kitchen use. Made from durable stainless steel, the Roband bain marie is robust as well and easy to use, whether in wet heat or dry heat mode. Please note: gastronorm pans sold separately.
