Designed for maximum versatility, the Roband BM21T narrow bain marie conveniently holds food at the perfect serving temperature in a range of configurations suitable for most types of businesses. With front mounted controls, the BM21T is able to accommodate two 150mm deep half-sized gastronorm pans or up to four 7.5 litre pots whilst making the most efficient use of limited space - ideal for mobile catering, events or commercial kitchen use. Made from durable stainless steel, the Roband bain marie is robust as well and easy to use. This wet heat model also includes the added functionality of a precise dial thermostat for maximum temperature control. Please note: pans sold separately.
