Operating using wet heat, the BM1 is incredibly versatile and, thanks to its compact 1/2 size GN pan design, is ideally suited for mobile catering or small kitchen use. This model also includes the added functionality of a precise dial thermostat for maximum temperature control. Please note: pans sold separately.
